The following videos are a follow-up to my other post “Everything You Never Wanted to Know About MLA Formatting.” This post is intended for students looking to setup an “MLA Formatting and Style Guide” or other type of formal academic writing assignment.
I also recommend watching the “MLA vidcast series” on the “Purdue OWL YouTube Channel.”
The videos included in this post are:
1) Setting Grammar Checker Options in Word 2007, 2010, 2013, and 365
2) How to Make a Header and Footer in Word 2010, 2013, and 365
3) How to Insert and Remove a Page Break in Word
4) Setting Margins and Paragraph Alignment in 2010
5) How to Set a Paragraph Indent in Word 2010
6) Set a Hanging Indent for the Works Cited Page
7) How to Make a Header and Footer in Word 2010, 2013, 365
Also, Adblock Plus is very good at blocking all sorts of annoying ads, even most of the splash screens and adverts on YouTube. Classic Shell will “restore” the old Windows XP toolbar or any other version toolbar to Windows, 7, 8+, and 10. And lastly, Classic Menu for Office 2010 and 2013 (2007 & 365) will restore the old menu system to Office that existed prior to the redesign that came in 2007. Both Adblock Plus and Classic Shell are completely free, while Classic Menu for Office only has a free 15-day trail.
