I think you would have to be living under an especially heavy rock to have missed all the talk lately about marriage. Who can, and why they can, and where they can, and all that fun legalistic non-sense. And people, because they are people, get really irrigated with the other side.

So here is one of Hollywood’s greatest statements about marriage: “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.”

Personally, I think it is Sidney Poitier’s best, and certainly most important work.
